The Ritual In honor of the Year of the Horse, join us at The Beauty Barn for a deeply restorative evening guided by the healing presence of horses, breath, sound, and sunset. This experience is designed to be a full-body reset under the open sky—a moment to slow down and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the island.

The Experience We begin by quietly connecting with our horses through gentle breathwork, allowing their calming, intuitive energy to open the heart and ground the nervous system.

From this place of centered connection, you will be guided to your mat for a 60-minute immersion. Our sound healing envelops you in soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, gently guiding your brain into a meditative state. It is a ‘passive’ therapy—allowing you to simply relax, breathe, and let the healing sound waves wash over you, dissolving stress and nurturing your body, mind, and soul.

As  the stars begin to fill the sky, we’ll transition to the Beauty Barn. We’ll close our time together with light, seasonal refreshments and a moment to experience our hand-crafted skincare—a final layer of nourishment before you head home.

  • Provided: Premium yoga mats and towels.

  • Wear: Comfortable clothing (we recommend layers for the transition to the cool evening air).
